My Favorite Way to Eat Healthy
(And Lower Inflammation)

Let’s just say that cooking is not my strong suit, but alas it is something I dabble in regardless. From planning weekly meals in advance, to grocery shopping, to the actual act of cooking meals, I am neither skilled nor ecstatic about any of it.

What makes it even more difficult recently is that I have been trying to eat more anti-inflammatory foods for health reasons, and have been having to make two separate dishes for mealtime – an anti-inflammatory meal for myself, and something else for my family since they have not been interested in joining me on my clean eating journey.

When I came across Hungryroot, I knew that this online recipe and grocery service would be different from all those online meal kit services I had tried and ended up not liking. With so many positive reviews, and the large discount on your first box, there was nothing to lose.

I’ve been using the service for a few weeks now, and if I could give Hungryroot 6 stars I would. First, you take their quiz to tell them about how you eat and your goals, then they recommend the food that works best for you and everyone you’re feeding. Meaning… not only can I receive tons of products and ingredients that adhere to my low inflammation goals, but I also get food that works for my entire family.

With our fast paced and busy lifestyle, eating different meals throughout the day is no longer a pain. Hungryroot stocks up our fridge and pantry with ingredients that make 10-minute, nutrient-dense breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Plus snacks and desserts that work for the whole family! All the recipes are chef-crafted and sooo delicious and filling.
